Riesling from our high-altitude vineyards directly below the three castles, Pündericher Marienburg, Traben-Trarbacher Grevenburg and Wolfer Liebfrauenkloster. Even on the hottest days, a light refreshing breeze blows here, giving these vineyards a very special spice. Red and gray slate are noticeably salty to the taste.
